Digital Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing
marketing strategies and associated content to promote Advantage services in the
marketplace to the benefit and interest of prospects, new hire candidates, solution partners and
customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies to promote
Advantage services.
• Managing social media, SEO and paid advertising resources to drive calls-to-action.
• Developing, organizing and maintaining a library of up-to-date marketing collateral for
internal and external use.
• Managing and supporting the company website.
• Managing 3rd-party vendors assisting with lead generation, SEO site coding &
optimization, creative content development, etc.
• Analyzing data to optimize campaigns, website performance and social media
engagement
• Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in network/telecommunications/IT managed services/expense
management is plus.
• Experienced with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CMS Hub.
• Experienced with MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS-Teams, etc.
• Administrator experience with Linked-In.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail focused and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the
organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience and familiarity with technology services, including broadband,
hosted/cloud services, managed services and carrier services a plus.
• Experience in network/telecommunications/IT managed services/expense
management is plus.

Compensation Range: $90,000-$115,000 per year
Advantage provides salary & benefits commensurate with experience and achievement.
