Diane Miller has been appointed Advantage’s first Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Miller is a recognized industry executive with 30 years’ experience leading technology expense and service management operations teams at a variety of growing technology companies, including Tangoe and Advotus Corporation. In this new position Ms. Miller will be responsible for overall project management, service delivery, customer experience and ongoing lifecycle support for Advantage’s base of 800+ global customers.
Sify is the largest service provider, systems integrator, and all-in-one network solutions company on the Indian subcontinent. This agreement enables Advantage to offer Sify’s full portfolio of telecom, data center, Cloud, system integration and managed services their global base of clients and partners.
Nova Solucoes owns one of the largest fiber wireless networks in Brazil, covering most of Brazil and Columbia. Their portfolio includes fiber and microwave internet services, voice services including on-premise and hosted PBX, matrix and branch private lines, as well as a variety of structured cabling and radio communication services. Under this agreement, Advantage can offer Nova Solucoes’ comprehensive portfolio of Internet, voice and technology services to their global base of clients and partners.
The new partnership between Advantage and Pilot expands both companies’ reach in the eastern US. Pilot has recently expanded its services to include additional offerings for US consumers, including IP Transit, Ethernet Transport and Cloud Connectivity. Based in New York City, Pilot has extended its services to Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
