One of the longest tenured employees at Advantage, Michelle Duncan-Hoursey joined the company in 2005 as our first customer service representative. Today she leads our customer care and project management teams. Her teams' responsibilities include service implementation, on-going support and coordination and escalations with service provider operations organizations. Over her 20+ year career in the telecommunications industry Michelle has also held strategic customer support and account management positions with InfoHighway Communications, MCI WorldCom and MFS.
