Chief Operating Officer
Diane Miller was named Chief Operating Officer of Advantage on January 1, 2019. She brings 30 years of experience in telecommunications, IT and Telecom Expense Management operations where she successfully built, scaled and optimized global service delivery organizations, always focusing on improving the customer and employee experience.
As COO Diane is responsible for project delivery and the ongoing lifecycle support for Advantage’s global customers. She has the leadership role in growing and scaling the existing operation while building the foundation to support the expansion of Advantage’s service offerings.
Prior to joining Advantage, Diane held the position of Senior Vice President of Service Excellence at Tangoe, with responsibility for global service delivery operations including implementation, provisioning, ongoing managed services and customer experience for their direct and channel customers. She held the position of Vice-President of Global Customer and Service Management at Avotus Corp as well as a leadership roles at HSBC, Bank of America and Prudential.
Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Westfield State University and completed a Women’s Leadership program from the Yale University School of Management.
