Sourcing Support Specialist (Europe)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sourcing Support Specialist will work with Sales and the Solution Architect in a pre-sales capacity to help analyze client’s technology invoices, put invoices into spreadsheets and develop a baseline cost. They will also be part of the sourcing and provisioning team, supporting transactional quoting and provisioning as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete all assignments and training provided by management.
• Meet all performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by management and determined upon accepting the position.
• Learn how to provide excellent support to sales and the solution architect.
• Consistently deliver international quotes to the sales team
• Place orders in carrier portals where required.
• Ensure all the proper paperwork is in place upon acceptance of a proposal.
• Enter orders into Liaison, ensuring all required technical, financial and customer fields are updated accurately.
• Liaise between the Service Provider and internal teams.
• Special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Liberal Arts or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telecommunications or finance is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Detail focused and able to service multiple deals concurrently.
• Motivated toward career growth and learning.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
• Ability to learn CRM software and update database regularly.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telecommunications or finance is preferred.

Compensation Range: €30,000-€40,000 per year
