Q. WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

The resulting benefits will depend upon your current services and your current providers. Until we perform our analysis we can’t know for sure, but our clients typically save 20-40% on expenses, and cut over 50% of the time required to implement IT services.

Q. WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

In most instances, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you. Our revenues are derived from commissions paid to us by providers who you select. Fees for our Cloud Advisory service are rebated if you go on to work with us to source your cloud services. In the event that you choose not to change providers but Advantage renegotiates your new contract, then we receive a percentage of your net savings in lieu of ongoing commissions.

Q. HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?

With telecom it’s very simple: you send us your invoices for your telecom services. We analyze how your current spend compares to rates being offered by a large range of carriers to dimension the potential savings. Next we request bids from those carriers offering the same or better level of service, assess their responses. We run the entire RFP process so that you can focus on running your business. Then we put the results in an easy to understand report for your final selection, including our recommendations. We do not steer business to any vendor based on our revenue, but put you in total control of the selection. Finally, we negotiate low-cost contracts on your behalf, leveraging our understanding of pricing points for each carrier. Cloud services usually have more variables to consider. Q. WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There isn’t one. Your greatest benefits result by changing providers, as your current provider is not otherwise motivated to improve their services and reduce their rates without a competitive process. Should you prefer to remain with your current provider, Advantage’s fees are paid out of your savings.

Q. IS CHANGING PROVIDERS A HASSLE?

It is straightforward. We coordinate the details in a way that makes the service change totally transparent to your organization. Advantage serves as your “General Contractor”, providing service planning and provisioning. We coordinate installations with equipment vendors, and implement the new service quickly and effectively. Implementing cloud services is usually more complex, but Advantage still serves as General Contractor to oversee the full effort.

Unlike many other distributors, Advantage continues to support your organization by working with your providers to deliver the best possible service. We have deep relationships with provider service teams and can expedite responses to service issues. Advantage becomes a virtual extension of your technology team, all without additional expense to you.
